Inventory audits: Perform physical counts and reconciliation of stored items, guaranteeing alignment between physical stock and system records. Inventory control and movement (ERP): Manage material receipts, issues, and transfers using the system, ensuring traceability and organization. Scheduled 5S program audits: Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance with 5S principles, promoting a clean and efficient workplace. Inter-branch transfer planning and execution: Organize and implement material shipments between company units, ensuring speed and control. Incident handling involving technical staff and vehicle drivers: Investigate and resolve operational incidents or events involving drivers and technical personnel. Fleet monitoring and control: Track vehicle usage and performance to optimize routes, reduce costs, and ensure vehicle availability.
