**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 11:00 and from 13:00 to 17:00

* Design lesson plans and teaching materials, ensuring they reflect current best practices and market trends.
* Deliver in-person and online training using active teaching methodologies to maximize participant learning.
* Evaluate student performance through tests, practical activities, and continuous feedback, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting content as needed.
* Develop and implement practical exercises and case studies simulating real-world logistics scenarios, promoting application of acquired knowledge.
* Prepare monitoring and evaluation reports for training sessions, presenting results and improvement suggestions to coordination.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields.
* Experience in the logistics field.
* Advanced knowledge of storage, distribution, and transportation techniques.
* Ability to develop teaching materials and lesson plans.
* Proficiency in logistics management tools (ERP, WMS, TMS).
* Strong communication and teaching skills.
