




Job Summary: Human Resources and Personnel Department professional to manage recruitment and selection processes, personnel administration, training and development, and organizational climate management. Handle conflicts and promote employee engagement. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM\| Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Responsible for conducting recruitment and selection processes, from resume screening through interviews and group dynamics. * Manage personnel administration, including hiring, termination, payroll, vacations, time tracking, and benefits. * Draft and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal company regulations. * Develop and monitor training and development programs, promoting employees’ professional growth. * Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous feedback, aiming to improve organizational climate and team productivity. * Manage conflicts and promote engagement and motivation initiatives, contributing to a healthy and collaborative work environment. * Stay updated on HR and Personnel Department trends and best practices, applying new knowledge and techniques in daily operations. * Participate in strategic meetings with company leadership, providing insights and relevant data for human capital-related decision-making. * Use HR and Personnel Management systems and tools, ensuring accuracy and integrity of recorded information. * Prepare performance reports and metrics, presenting results and proposing continuous improvements to HR and Personnel processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology. * Experience in Human Resources and Personnel Department. * Knowledge of labor and social security legislation. * Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * Experience with HR and payroll management systems. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Organized and detail-oriented.
