Implement and maintain filing systems in accordance with current standards and legislation on document management and archival storage. Develop and update document retention schedules, defining retention periods and disposition of documents (destruction or preservation). Digitize documents and enter data into computerized document management systems. Control document intake, release, and loaning, maintaining up-to-date records. Ensure the integrity, security, and confidentiality of archived information. Conduct periodic inspections to identify physical damage and implement preventive conservation measures. Provide support to internal departments by locating and providing requested documents. Comply with procedures and deadlines related to archival storage and disposal, in accordance with internal policies and legal requirements. **Desired Competencies and Skills:** Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Archival Science, or Library Science. Organization and attention to detail. Knowledge of document classification and indexing. Familiarity with archival legislation and document management practices.
