Job Summary: An Agricultural Machinery Operator will be responsible for operating agricultural machinery, performing earthmoving services, and maintaining equipment, while using personal protective equipment. Check whether this opportunity matches your profile and join us on this selection journey! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate agricultural machinery by activating controls to plow, harrow, and cultivate soil mechanically, * Perform earthmoving services such as removal, distribution, leveling of surfaces, cutting slopes, finishing, and other related tasks. * Monitor control panels and instruments; * Inspect machinery for abnormal noises; * Check water and oil levels and air filter conditions; * Verify belt tensioning and replace tires when necessary; * Grease bearings, gears, and bushings; * Wash machinery, clean air filters, change oils and filters, occasionally refuel tractors with diesel fuel in the field, add water to tires and batteries, calibrate tires, and store machinery; * Maintain and clean machinery, accessories, and tools used to perform assigned tasks; * Use personal protective equipment such as goggles, ear protectors, masks, boots, and gloves; * Mark hazardous areas to prevent accidents; * Confirm machine shutdown, cover belts, chains, and rotating engine components; * Engage stationary agricultural machinery; * Perform other related tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor, provided they are specific to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum Education: High School Diploma * Heavy machinery operator training; SGMASS certification; * Driver’s License: Category B * Basic Mechanical Knowledge. * Operation of Agricultural Machinery; * Negotiation with Landowners to Gain Machinery Access; * Defensive Driving and Piloting Skills; * Chainsaw Operation; Preferred Qualifications * Driver’s License Category D **Additional Information** People are our greatest ENERGY.
