Description

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving equipment, supplying materials, managing inventories, preparing reports, and tracking procurements for maintenance and projects. Key Highlights: 1. Complete management of material and equipment flow 2. Preparation of strategic reports for decision-making 3. Use of SAP/4 HANA, Excel, APLAT, MS-Project, and Power BI systems **Description** Receive purchased equipment and make it available to responsible departments. Supply materials for maintenance work orders; transfer materials from free stock for usage; verify whether alternative NM codes exist within the same plant to suggest substitution; follow up on material delivery until shelf availability. **Responsibilities and Duties** Identify and request material transfers from other plants; prepare monthly material procurement report for RAC reporting; create purchase requests, request shipments, and track material locations; initiate material procurements in SAP4HANA system after work order release; prepare monthly total material cost report per project to support RAC; generate monthly strategic spare parts inventory status report to align with MRP requirements; request planner to reschedule work orders via FMAT; submit to INSPECTION the list of materials to be used in work orders with a quarterly horizon. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Educational Level: Technical Secondary Education (any specialization) **Required Qualifications:** SAP/4 HANA modules PM and MM; Excel; APLAT; MS\-Project; Power BI.
