




The **Destro Group** is looking for a **Junior IT Support Analyst** to work in the **Information Technology** area, providing technical support to users and ensuring the full operation of the company's systems and IT infrastructure. If you are organized, have an analytical profile, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow in an area essential to the business, this opportunity is for you! **REQUIREMENTS:** Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields; Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or infrastructure; Knowledge of hardware, software, and networks; Understanding of access control and corporate tools; Good communication skills and ability to support internal and external users. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Provide **technical support** to users, handling hardware, software, and network service requests; Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment; Monitor and manage **servers, communication links, and network access**; Create and manage user accounts in internal systems and Linux environments; Monitor **server backups** and ensure information security; Open and follow up on technical tickets with vendors; Set up and maintain network and telephony infrastructure; Support the implementation of new systems and technologies; Ensure the proper functioning of technological resources and system availability. **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:** On-site work only at our Tatuquara unit \- PR.
