**Description:** INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST We are looking for an infrastructure analyst in Curitiba/PR, with knowledge in infrastructure-related support, problem investigation and resolution, opening tickets in the help desk, configuration, identifying and resolving general issues on the client's server and other related duties. Working hours from 08:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Salary: BRL 2,500.00 + bonus + meal allowance BRL 422 + transportation allowance + 50% health insurance (optional). Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support required, valid driver's license category B.
