Job Summary: Provide technical service support for assigned markets, participate in international product improvement teams, and create detailed technical reports. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for product training at international locations. • Provide technical service support for assigned markets, achieving quality and quantity objectives defined by the Regional Service Consultant. • Participate in international product improvement teams. • Create detailed technical reports on product performance and technical issues according to specific market needs. • Participate in product training at international locations as required. • Receive, share, and assist in implementing technical publications (field actions/communications) related to the assigned market. Experience Requirements • Experience with agricultural equipment including operation, maintenance, and repair, or preference for Agricultural Equipment. • Intermediate/advanced knowledge in Mechanics, Electrical/Hydraulic systems. • Ability to analyze agricultural equipment performance issues and quickly identify solutions. • Excellent written and oral technical communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools (Electrical and Hydraulic), including computer-based tools. • Proficient computer usage, including but not limited to MS Windows, MS Office, and willingness to learn other software as needed (e.g., Salesforce Service Cloud). • Strong work ethic. • Open, honest, and direct in communication and actions. • Desirable English language skills (willingness to learn and work in an English-speaking environment). • German language proficiency is an advantage.
