




Job Summary: A Human Resources (HR) professional specializing in HR processes, payroll, benefits, and labor compliance, as well as leadership support and recruitment. Key Highlights: 1. Full management of onboarding, vacation, termination, and offboarding processes 2. Payroll and benefits administration 3. Ensuring compliance with labor legislation Execute and monitor **onboarding, vacation, termination, and offboarding** processes. Monitor and administer the **electronic timekeeping system**, hour banks, and overtime. Collect, verify, and submit information for **payroll closing** (salaries, 13th salary, vacations, labor charges). Administer and manage **benefits** (transportation allowance, meal allowance, among others). Ensure adherence to **labor legislation, collective agreements, and conventions**. Support and organize documentation for **labor lawsuits**, when required. Support **Occupational Safety** initiatives (document control, mandatory medical examinations, and training). Provide support to leadership and branches on HR routine matters. Conduct recruitment and selection processes. Update job descriptions when necessary. Onboard new employees. Support leadership in people management, conflict mediation, and labor guidance. Support internal endomarketing initiatives and events. Provide support to branches and senior management on HR-related matters.
