The **Technical Assistant** is responsible for providing technical support to the unit’s operational and strategic activities, directly contributing to the efficiency of production processes. This role supports areas including inputs, planning and execution of application maps, research and development, continuous improvement of machinery and equipment, and collaboration with digital agriculture and technological innovation initiatives. This professional assists in organizing, analyzing, and monitoring technical data, ensuring correct input application according to agronomic recommendations and operational guidelines. They also participate in developing, verifying, and adjusting application maps, ensuring accuracy in field operations and optimal resource utilization. * **Prepare and consolidate technical and operational reports**, including input application data, prescription maps, field trials, machinery performance, and digital agriculture indicators, ensuring data accuracy and reliability. * **Monitor and oversee technical and operational processes**, ensuring compliance with agronomic recommendations, application parameters, equipment calibrations, and unit-established standards. * **Support the development, verification, and adjustment of application maps**, contributing to greater input-use efficiency, reduced waste, and increased productivity. * **Conduct and monitor field tests, trials, and research projects**, collecting data, performing comparative analyses, and organizing results to support decision-making. * **Assist in the technical evaluation and continuous improvement of agricultural machinery and implements**, monitoring calibrations, adjustments, and field operational performance. * **Monitor digital agriculture technologies**, collecting, organizing, and interpreting data from software, telematics, sensors, and onboard equipment. * **Manage inventories of inputs and technical materials**, ensuring traceability, organization, and alignment with operational planning. * **Serve as a technical interface with suppliers and partners**, supporting testing of new products, technical validations, and performance monitoring. * **Provide technical support to field teams**, clarifying operational questions, assisting in procedure standardization, and ensuring adherence to technical recommendations. * **Actively participate in training sessions, technical meetings, and capacity-building programs**, applying acquired knowledge to reinforce innovation and continuous improvement within the unit. * **Contribute to a culture of efficiency, innovation, and technical precision**, supporting the evolution of farm production and digital processes.
