Perform preventive, corrective, and route inspection mechanical maintenance services. Contribute to ensuring full machine functionality across the company while consistently upholding safety and quality standards. Maintain proper mechanical operation of factory machinery via work orders, aiming to keep the plant fully operational; prioritize machines when multiple service requests occur, managing time efficiently; manage all maintenance orders assigned to you. Generate accurate maintenance records by correctly completing and closing work orders; achieve individual targets and contribute to collective goal attainment; propose action plans to eliminate root causes identified through process analysis, implementing and monitoring those actions; conduct in-depth data collection and analysis using anomaly reports, tracking anomaly resolution actions with supervisor involvement; hand over daily work information to colleagues on the next shift. ?
