* Specialization in the field
* Plan, implement, and evaluate activities that foster student development as a reflective and responsible individual aiming to build autonomy.
* Plan, implement, and evaluate projects with student groups on relevant topics aligned with their interests, needs, and developmental stage.
* Propose initiatives to enhance the educational and curricular process.
* Accompany, guide, and support teachers in their role as educators and individuals, suggesting referrals to professionals as needed.
* Support teachers by providing relevant personal and academic information about students to inform teaching\-learning processes and class council decision-making.
* Promote interaction between parents/guardians and the school.
* Guide and monitor students regarding academic performance, the teaching\-learning process, and adherence to school coexistence principles.
* Interact with student groups to foster positive relationships conducive to school coexistence.
* Guide parents/guardians on matters related to academic performance, the teaching\-learning process, and school coexistence, recommending referrals to relevant professionals when necessary, while maintaining ongoing communication with those professionals, teachers, and guardians.
* Plan, implement, and evaluate projects for parents/guardians focused on care, protection, and appreciation of life, tailored to identified contextual needs and the student's developmental stage.
* Participate in the selection, adaptation, and integration process of new students.
* Record, update, and safeguard data regarding each student's academic trajectory.
* Participate in class organization, considering class council decisions, guidelines set by Unit Coordinators, and year-long monitoring of individual and class performance.
