Therefore, we need an organized, customer-focused individual who excels at problem resolution and has prior experience in public service. Responsibilities \- Process reservations, check-in, and check-out; \- Record sales of beverages and other products such as chocolates, etc.; \- Provide guest service; \- Manage the front desk cash register; \- Maintain an organized workspace; \- Oversee guest luggage handling and assist with delivery of remote controls, keys, and orientation to guest rooms; \- Document daily incidents; \- Address customer complaints.
