If you meet the requirements below, join our selection process for the **Inventory Management Analyst** position within our **Category Management** area—we’d love to meet you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan and generate purchase orders to supply Distribution Centers (CDs), aligned with the company’s inventory policies and sales forecasts; * Configure the replenishment system, considering seasonality, promotions, and new product introductions, with a focus on optimizing financial resources and ensuring optimal inventory levels; * Monitor and develop processes and reports based on inventory performance indicators, proposing action plans and continuous improvements; * Strategically manage and balance inventory levels, ensuring equilibrium between product availability and invested capital; * Contact suppliers to confirm invoicing, deliveries, stock status, and order status, and participate in performance meetings to support partner development and continuous improvement; * Participate in and lead projects, applying planning and control methodologies, engaging multidisciplinary teams to achieve expected results; * Provide technical guidance to teams regarding supply and inventory control processes, promoting standardization and operational efficiency; * Represent the company at internal and external events, strengthening institutional and technical relationships; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or related fields; * Prior experience in inventory planning and control, product replenishment, or operational procurement; * Retail, wholesale, or distribution environment experience is desirable; * Proficiency in Excel (analysis, forecasting, and inventory controls) and BI tools for building and monitoring KPIs; * Knowledge of branch supply processes, inventory level management, and replenishment policies; * Experience managing supplier relationships, order tracking, and inventory KPIs; * ERP system knowledge is desirable; * S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) knowledge and familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Lean) are desirable; * Willingness to work in Eldorado do Sul/RS. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Daycare allowance * Birthday day off * Exclusive discounts at Panvel Pharmacy * Rotating parking * Extended maternity and paternity leave * Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) * Dental plan (through Employees’ Association) * Health insurance * Mental health and financial wellness support programs * On-site cafeteria * Charter transportation * Wellhub (discounts at gyms) Caring is at our core.
