




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and flexible Pharmacist to regularize sanitary documents, monitor inspections, and ensure the quality and traceability of pharmaceutical products, promoting continuous improvement. If you are a proactive professional, adaptable to change, and committed to pursuing continuous improvement, **join us**! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure regularization of the Distribution Center’s (DC) Sanitary Documents; * Monitor inspections conducted by sanitary, municipal, and environmental agencies, as well as resolve inspection-related pending items and non-conformities; * Provide technical support and deliver training to Logistics and Commercial departments; * Maintain the company’s registration health status through analysis of sanitary documents of customers, suppliers, and products, authorizing or blocking purchase and sale of goods; * Maintain and control the DC’s sanitary conditions via self-inspection / checklists; * Manage the Segregated Products Department through segregation, return to supplier, and disposal (incineration or donation) processes for unsuitable products (expired, recalled, or damaged); * Ensure traceability of recall anomalies and inventory discrepancies; * Oversee movement of psychotropic medicines through strict entry/exit registration control and stock inventory, ensuring quality and accuracy; * Control batch quality (entry and exit) and expiry dates (FIFO/FEFO) via training and technical guidance based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); * Manage the cold-chain distribution process; * Submit reports to the National System for Psychotropic Drugs Control (SNGPC); * Submit monthly, quarterly, and annual balance reports to the Sanitary Surveillance Authority; * Deliver technical training to other departments as required; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; * Familiarity with regulations RDC 44/2009, Ordinance 344/98, and Good Storage and Distribution Practices; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Experience in storage of controlled and refrigerated products; experience in legal and sanitary documentation, handling of regulatory inspections, and resolution of requirements; * Prior experience in a distribution company is an advantage; **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * PDS (Superior Performance Bonus); * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Development/Educational Platform and Development Programs; * Pregnancy Program; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher or Food Allowance; **Working Hours**: 08:00–18:00, Monday to Friday; **Location:** Rua Tenente Leovegildo Pinheiro, 1500\.
