




Job Summary: Responsible for scheduling and monitoring shipments, managing routes, types and weight of cargo, as well as controlling drivers’ working hours and providing field support. Opportunity within a collaborative and excellence-oriented environment Manages shipment scheduling, including route planning, cargo type and weight determination, and oversees the entire shipment process from the company to recipients or customers. Controls and monitors drivers’ working hours, provides on-site support to drivers, and reports any discrepancies to headquarters. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers and customers with delivery of invoices and direction to the warehouse. * Verify documents and authorize drivers’ departures. * Issue outgoing invoices. * Issue MDF-e, CIOT, and Transport Manifest for Waste and Residues. * Generate technical reports, product data sheets, and other required documentation. * Issue return shipping labels and register returns in the system as agreed. * Prepare shipping orders according to internal standards. * Schedule pickups and request transportation services. * Obtain freight quotations from carriers. * Calculate freight costs (including using ANTT rate tables). * Issue RPA for freight carriers and forward for payment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). * Experience in dispatch, logistics, or carrier support activities. * Familiarity with invoice issuance procedures. Desirable Requirements * Knowledge of MDF-e, CIOT, and transportation legislation. * Experience with management systems (ERP). * Familiarity with ANTT freight rate tables. **Additional Information** What do we offer?
