Interacts with customers to build negotiation strategies, aiming to understand them and identify their needs. Seeks to offer products and services aligned with each customer's reality, providing as much information as possible to minimize discomfort related to the purchase. Uses digital platforms to collect the customer's telephony history and accurately record information consistent with the agreed-upon request. Leads the negotiation closure, emphasizing what the consumer has acquired to fulfill their initial intent. Follows up and advises customers after the sale to foster loyalty.
