We're eagerly awaiting your arrival! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage, plan, and organize the team using strategies to achieve strong results. * Commercial and Performance Management: Ensure achievement of sales, revenue, margin, and unit performance indicators; * Develop commercial initiatives to increase foot traffic, conversion rate, and average transaction value; * Monitor daily store performance, identifying opportunities and correcting deviations; * Actively engage in consultative sales of tires, auto parts, and automotive services; * Ensure team focus on strategic products, campaigns, and sales mix; * Monitor sales profitability, avoiding negotiations that harm operational margins; * Leadership and Team Management; * Lead, develop, and supervise sales staff, mechanics, wheel alignment technicians, tire fitters, and other unit employees; * Enforce performance standards, operational discipline, and adherence to processes; * Conduct daily alignment meetings, target tracking, and team direction; * Train and motivate the team for high performance in sales and customer service; * Evaluate individual and collective performance, proposing improvements and corrections whenever necessary; * Ensure team organization, professional conduct, and productivity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience managing retail stores in the automotive sector, auto centers, tires, parts, or services; * Strong commercial background focused on targets, revenue, and margin; * Experience leading teams, operational management, performance metrics, and team development; * Profile demonstrating ownership mindset, results-driven accountability, organizational skills, and strong negotiation ability. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, business hours; Saturdays until noon. **At Cantu INC, you'll enjoy these benefits:** * Meal allowance / food voucher; * Transportation allowance; * TotalPass; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Expertires (our training platform); * Zenklub platform – emotional health and wellness support; Petlove partnership – benefits for your pet; * **Inclusive job opportunity also available for people with disabilities.** We are the technology and logistics platform enabling comprehensive tire solutions—guiding buyers and supporting sellers.
