




Job Summary: Responsible for production planning and scheduling, material management, and performance indicator control, ensuring demand fulfillment and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Key Highlights: 1. Supermarket management (kanban/heijunka) and area performance indicators. 2. Optimization of production capacity and adherence to production deadlines. 3. Collaborative engagement with Quality, Production, Procurement, and Logistics. Description: Responsible for production planning and scheduling, supermarket management (kanban/heijunka), and area performance indicator control, ensuring demand fulfillment, availability of production materials, and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Responsibilities and Duties: * Manage supermarket and heijunka tools and monitor area performance indicators. * Analyze production demand and release production orders as required. * Sequence production scheduling to optimize capacity and meet deadlines. * Identify required production materials and issue purchase requisitions based on supermarket/kanban triggers. * Follow up on requested materials to align with inventory policy and factory production capacity. * Adapt PCP and supermarket processes to the plant's operational reality. * Collaborate with other departments (Quality, Production, Procurement, Logistics) to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports for performance monitoring and decision-making. * Record and track information in SAP and Microsoft Office applications. Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or Accounting. * Experience in PCP or production areas. * Expertise in production order release, production sequencing, and demand analysis. * SAP knowledge. * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Proficiency in dashboard development (Power BI, Advanced Excel, or similar tools). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word).
