




Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing leather production and subcontracting processes, digitizing indicators, and monitoring loading operations and inventories. Key Highlights: 1. In addition to Brazil, Minerva Foods operates in Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, and owns specialized sheep processing plants in Australia. * With our 46 industrial units offering healthy and nutritious products, we serve customers worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Production Order Opening and Closing: Open the Production Order in the internal system, linking the shipment invoice for industrialization to initiate the green leather production process. Upon completion of the leather industrial process, close the Production Order to begin the Manifest and Subcontracting process (for storage or sale). * Subcontracting Process: After closing Production Orders in the internal system, consolidate information regarding pieces and weight/square feet to be returned by the service provider. The tannery will then issue invoices: Return Shipment / Chemical Return and Service Provision, according to the document generated by Minerva's internal system. * Entering Production Indicators: Enter production indicators into the Production Order in the internal system, including weight loss, trimming, splitting, pre-degreasing (fat), yield (kg/m²), classification, and chemical usage. The entered data will support management decision-making. * Sending Splitting Maps to Slaughterhouses: Responsible for sending splitting maps daily to slaughterhouse managers to monitor this indicator and implement actions ensuring leather yield quality remains within established targets. * Monitoring Loading Operations: Monitor loading operations and verify information on the manifest against the physical volume to be loaded. This ensures accuracy during truck/container loading while complying with all standard procedures. * Supporting Inventory Processes: Monitor inventory of stock on the first business day together with the Technical Tanning Manager. Scan labels on all pallets, determine the volume of leather in production, and compare, at the end, the physically counted piece volume from the inventory report against the internal system volume to ensure physical volume matches system (fiscal) volume. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Microsoft Office Suite – Intermediate level. * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration or related fields.
