The professional will be responsible for coordinating resources, planning and scheduling production, monitoring performance, proposing improvements, and generating reports for the production department. We seek someone with prior leadership experience, solid knowledge of assembly and production, strong communication skills, ability to manage people and resources, and basic computer literacy. A technical or university degree in Engineering or related fields is considered a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Manage the assembly team, ensuring compliance with work orders and established deadlines; * Monitor and ensure the quality of work performed by the team; * Coordinate necessary resources for task execution; * Perform production planning and scheduling; * Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions; * Ensure workplace safety and compliance with work regulations; * Provide reports and analyses to the production department; * Develop strategies to reduce costs and increase team efficiency.
