Job Summary: Manage the execution of construction projects (works), ensuring compliance with targets, client requirements, and physical/financial aspects, while safeguarding budgets and schedules. Key Highlights: 1. Monitor and optimize production targets, deadlines, costs, and construction quality. 2. Conduct negotiations and meetings with the client to seek technical solutions. 3. Manage the work team by delegating tasks and evaluating performance. * Manage the execution of a construction project (work), ensuring adherence to targets, client requirements, physical/financial aspects, fulfillment of client needs and contractual clauses, as well as compliance with previously approved budgets and schedules. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and optimize production targets, deadlines established in schedules, forecasted costs, work quality, and safety conditions throughout various construction phases. * Monitor and oversee the development of technical solutions, production scheduling—including implementation of acceleration plans when necessary—compliance with contractual administration records, progress measurement tracking, and monthly reports submitted to clients. * Conduct and follow up on various negotiations and meetings with the client. * Coordinate with public authorities, when required, to obtain necessary permits and approvals for project installation, supported by the company’s specialized departments. * Review upcoming projects to gain deeper understanding of scope, proactively addressing quality, productivity, adherence to pre-established deadlines, material specifications, and labor requirements. * Negotiate with subcontractors regarding technology, equipment, material, and service supply terms, in line with company policies and procedures, to ensure economic and technical feasibility of the project. * Monitor, request, and assist in the timely procurement of services and inputs, aligning with the physical schedule of the construction. * Ensure quality of executed services, occupational health and safety of employees, environmental preservation, and protection of company assets. * Manage the team under direct supervision by delegating tasks, providing guidance when needed, and evaluating performance to foster growth and development of team members. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Technology, or related fields. * Prior experience in building construction projects. * Advanced English proficiency is desirable. **Additional Information** ### **Benefits Offered** * **CLT Employment Contract**: Legal security and all statutory rights guaranteed by law. * **Profit and Results Sharing (PLR)**: Based on internal procedures; we value collective performance. * **Health Insurance (employee premium waived)**: Extended family coverage, with dependent-only deductions and co-payment. * **Dental Insurance**: Same structure as health insurance, also available for family members. * **Life Insurance**: Protection and peace of mind for you and your loved ones. * **Transportation Allowance**: To support your commute to work. * **Meal or Food Voucher**: Flexible allocation based on your preference. * **Birthday Day Off**: One paid day off on your birthday. * **Wellhub and Totalpass Partnerships**: Easy access to gyms and physical wellness services. * **Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave**: Additional time to cherish important family moments. * **Training Portal**: A wide range of courses supporting continuous professional development.
