THE TRANSPORT SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2\.. The Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Physiotherapist **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapeutic, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee's monthly premium covered by the company; dependent(s)' monthly premium covered by the employee. 2\.1\. Work schedule and shifts will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the scheduled shift. Candidates who decline the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **WORKLOAD:** 20 hours per week **SALARY:** R$ 4358\.26 **UNIT:** Avenida Intendente Altivo Esteves Freire Parque do Sol \| Santana do Livramento RS \- 97576538 **JOB SUMMARY:** Conducts consultations at SEST clinics and performs outpatient procedures using physiotherapeutic methods and techniques aimed at restoring, developing, and maintaining clients' physical capacity, prioritizing spinal treatment (orthopedic rehabilitation) and Global Postural Reeducation (RPG), as well as participating in events, projects, programs, and social, health, and quality-of-life campaigns. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH CREFITO. a) Copy of the Professional Identity Card issued by the Regional Council of the professional's jurisdiction, valid within its expiration date and displaying the professional's full name. (At the time of hiring, a “no record” certificate issued by the competent authority will be required.) b) Declaration/document issued by the Regional Council of the professional's jurisdiction, stating the active registration number, the professional's full name, valid within its expiration date, and duly signed and stamped. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN PHYSIOTHERAPEUTIC CARE IN CLINICAL OR HOSPITAL SETTINGS. **VERIFICATION:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer's declaration containing the issuer's CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and type of service performed, along with a description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature correlated to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item "b" above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience. **CURRICULAR CONTENT:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Pathophysiology of musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems, as well as basic rheumatology covering adult and pediatric populations. Spine: orthopedic rehabilitation. Global Postural Reeducation (RPG). Basic health actions: promotion; prevention; rehabilitation; health barriers and behaviors.
