Support safety culture on construction sites We are looking for a committed, proactive, and passionate **Occupational Safety Technician** dedicated to promoting a safe and regulatory-compliant work environment in civil construction. This position is exclusively for the city of Pelotas/RS. **Requirements:** * Completed technical education in **Occupational Safety**; * **Experience in civil construction**; * Proficiency in applicable **Regulatory Standards (NRs)**; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**; * **Driver's license category B (desirable)**; * **Prior experience developing training programs (desirable)**; * **Additional experience in civil construction (desirable)**. **Responsibilities:** * Review and manage occupational health and safety (OHS) documentation for employees (training records, ASOs, PPE forms); * Conduct **onboarding for new employees**; * Perform **equipment checklists and release procedures**; * Guide teams on the **implementation of safety protections**; * Deliver training aligned with Regulatory Standards (NRs), especially **NR\-12, NR\-18, and NR\-35**; * Monitor and enforce **correct use of PPEs**; * Identify and analyze **unsafe conditions**, proposing improvements; * Continuously support safety culture on construction sites. **What We Seek:** A detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and the ability to act in an educational and preventive manner—ensuring employee well-being and regulatory compliance.
