Create and submit reports and manage performance indicators and project governance under your responsibility. * Manage and enforce adherence to scheduled field activities. * Conduct on-site feasibility assessments for activities and scheduling. Monitor working hours in compliance with labor legislation for your team (field crew). * Ensure all team members perform field activities according to CPFL Serviços’ internal procedures (GED). * Conduct daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) on-site, focusing on health, safety, and operational procedures. * Ensure correct use and proper condition of PPE, collective protective equipment (EPC), and tools by the field team (field crew), and ensure compliance with operational procedures per GEDs. * Perform and accompany detailed inspections of transmission lines and substations as needed, to verify technical details specified in project documentation. * Ensure appropriate working conditions for field teams (e.g., PPE, EPC, tools, restrooms, etc.) and monitor safety inspections conducted on teams under your responsibility; when necessary, address inspection findings with leadership. * Participate in kick-off and handover meetings as required.
