Job Summary: A professional responsible for reporting, data management, commercial support, budget control, and training, with emphasis on analytical skills and interpersonal relationships. Opportunity to develop analytical and interpersonal skills **Responsibilities include:** * + Updating and sending various regional reports + Extracting database records + Updating standard RPS / RPM presentations + Extracting and sending various data sets + Training the team on monitoring tools + Goal Review Process (Volume, DN, and CM) + Generating DCA balances and communicating them to the sales team + Maintaining the Field Plan in SAP + Sending price lists to branches + Sending order portfolios + Sending EDI discrepancies + Fleet management + Telephony management + Fixed asset management for the Commercial team + IT helpdesk tickets (access requests and incidents) + Internal Trade controls (funds, execution book, GIV, events) + VTI control (operational, approval, and analytical) + Sending Promoter x Stores coverage grid for RVV calculation + Recalculating RVV for the Commercial team + Managing Commercial team vacations + Regional budget control + Commercial fund control + Commercial contracts + Event materials (Cascading, RPN) + Planning meetings with the demand team + Registering shelf/itinerary/shipment location/lead time adjustments + EDI support – Requesting order release authorization **What we expect:** * Proficiency in commercial negotiations and strong client relationship management within the relevant business area; * Sense of urgency; * Analytical ability; * Strong interpersonal skills; * SAP system knowledge (preferred); * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Completed undergraduate degree.
