Support Facilities operational management, ensuring proper office infrastructure functionality, employee support, and control of various services, contributing to an organized, safe, and efficient workplace. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support office infrastructure administration, ensuring appropriate facility maintenance. * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance services (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, furniture, etc.). * Request and monitor budgets for Facilities-related services and purchases. * Monitor supplier service execution (cleaning, maintenance, security, etc.). * Support contract management and service provider renewals. * Control inventory of office supplies, pantry items, and operational consumables. * Submit purchase requests and track orders with the procurement department. * Ensure the office is consistently stocked with necessary items. * Address internal requests related to infrastructure and office services. * Support internal event, meeting, and operational demand coordination. * Contribute to maintaining an organized and functional workplace. * Assist in cost control and Facilities expense tracking spreadsheets. * Update area records, controls, and documentation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in administrative or operational roles (experience in Facilities or related areas preferred). * Microsoft Office Suite. * Google Workspace. * Basic understanding of supplier management and contract control. * Administrative process organization. * Organization and attention to detail. * Proactivity. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Problem-solving ability. * Sense of priority.
