Provide remote and in-person support to resolve incidents and deliver technical assistance to clients and users, especially VIP users (Directors, Superintendents, and Managers); Perform routine procedures for testing and evaluating hardware, software, and systems to proactively ensure service quality. **Requirements:** Requirements: – Fluent English; – ITIL certification; – Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a related field. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day on rotating shifts).
