Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, guiding, and executing green area, vegetable garden, and agricultural/livestock management activities, ensuring conservation and sustainable use of resources. Key Highlights: 1. Plan and supervise the cultivation of vegetable gardens, gardens, and green areas. 2. Prepare the soil, plant, irrigate, fertilize, and harvest. 3. Promote sustainable practices and the conscious use of natural resources. **Work Location:** Rio Grande do Sul **Work Schedule:** 5 days on, 2 days off, from 08:00 to 17:48 **Salary:** R$ 3\.000,00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal voucher, life insurance, attendance bonus. **Job Objective** Plan, guide, and execute activities related to the management of green areas, vegetable gardens, and/or agricultural/livestock activities of the church, ensuring space conservation, appropriate resource utilization, and sustainable development of these activities. **Main Responsibilities** · Plan and supervise the cultivation of vegetable gardens, gardens, and green areas; · Prepare the soil, plant, irrigate, fertilize, and harvest; · Guide and implement pest and disease control; · Monitor crop development and propose improvements; · Support input and resource management (fertilizers, tools, etc.); · Prepare simple activity monitoring reports; · Assist in organizing and maintaining outdoor spaces; · Promote sustainable practices and the conscious use of natural resources; · When applicable, assist in managing small livestock. **Requirements** · Completed technical course in Agriculture and Livestock, Agriculture, or related fields; · Knowledge of soil management, cultivation, and plant care; · Basic understanding of pest control and input usage; · Practical fieldwork skills; · Responsibility and organizational ability. **Behavioral Competencies** · Proactivity; · Organization and planning; · Commitment; · Teamwork; · Attention to detail; · Environmental awareness; · Good communication.
