**Responsibilities:** – Control on-site access in residential condominiums; – Attend to the public; – Monitor via cameras; – Receive packages; – Control opening and closing of access gates; – Greet visitors; – Conduct internal inspections; – Perform rotating duties, accompanying the supervisor during movements and attending posts as required by the company's operational needs. **Requirements:** – Previous experience in this role; – Basic computer knowledge; – Proactive attitude; – Good communication skills, respectful and courteous demeanor; – Flexible working hours; – Willingness to travel between service posts. **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) * Meal allowance: R$33.00 per workday * Transportation allowance according to need, or fuel allowance capped at R$10.00 per workday Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) Salary: R$2\.074,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Are you available to work from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on a 12-on/36-off schedule?
