**Description:** We are looking for a professional for our Mariz team, who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all activities in the area and IT. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users, solving issues related to hardware, software, logical networks, and internet. * Manage phone and mobile device account controls, ensuring proper allocation and usage. * Perform creation and removal of email accounts and user accounts within company systems. * Configure and maintain equipment (notebooks, cell phones, tablets, and others) ready for use. * Control payments related to the IT department, including Microsoft and email services, and other services. * Monitor IT infrastructure and network, ensuring system stability and security. * Prepare budgets for acquisition of new equipment and maintenance of existing equipment. * Manage delivery and control of responsibility terms related to employee usage of company equipment. * Install and configure support equipment as necessary. * Keep equipment records updated in the Latromi system. * Handle user requests through the Latromi Task system, aiming to meet KPIs for user service index. * Implement and monitor information security policies regarding the use of technological resources. * Participate in client-related projects involving IT infrastructure. Perform other assignments as necessary for the proper functioning of the IT department. **Requirements:** Technical degree in Computer Science/IT, or completed or ongoing higher education in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Desirable: Technical reading proficiency in English, SQL/PLSQL. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
