Shall we build the future together? **\#vemprarandoncorp** **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Activities: * Provide Level 3 support for Connectivity operations; * Support routers, switches, and Wi\-Fi solutions; * Administer connectivity management tools for networks and *data centers*; * Manage telecom assets and apply information security *baselines*; * Monitor the Infrastructure environment via the *NOC*; * Collaborate with telecom service providers to resolve issues; * Contribute to continuous process improvement, contract optimization, and enhancement of user experience; **Requirements and Qualifications** To apply for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following requirements: * Currently pursuing or having completed a degree in Information Technology, or a completed technical qualification in Computer Networks.
