Description

Job Summary: A professional responsible for coordinating and executing general logistics activities, including receipt, storage, inventory, and dispatch of goods, ensuring stock integrity and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and execution of daily logistics activities. 2. Control and analysis of goods movement and inventory. 3. Resolution of discrepancies and guidance to the logistics team. Daily distribution, coordination, and/or execution of general logistics activities related to receipt, storage, inventory, and dispatch of goods; Maintain control over overall parts movement within the logistics area to monitor processes; Resolve general discrepancies occurring in the logistics area (system issues, stock discrepancies, shortages, errors, etc.); Analyze, approve, and/or open support tickets for relevant departments (IT, Tax, Logistics, Marketing) as needed; Maintain contact with carriers regarding issues (shortages, losses, delays, etc.); Plan and organize the placement of received goods to facilitate identification, location, and handling by part type; Guide the logistics team on technical aspects of parts and procedures for handling and storage, aiming to preserve part integrity, characteristics, and usability for customers; Control, analyze, and identify potential discrepancies (shortages, overages, mislabeled items, etc.) in the goods inventory, reporting them to Management and the company’s Tax Department for adjustments; Responsible for comprehensive and cyclical inventory of all parts; Employment Type: Full-time, CLT Permanent Contract Compensation: Up to R$4.300,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you hold a completed undergraduate degree in Logistics Technology or Business Administration?
