Contribute analyses and insights to support commercial strategy **Sales Supervisor – Commercial Area** A sales professional to lead our commercial team in the architectural coatings segment across the entire state of Paraná. Must be passionate about results, enjoy developing people, and wish to grow alongside a company. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve financial targets and objectives. * Define targets jointly with the manager and monitor team performance. * Develop strategies to expand the customer base and promote sales of the new product portfolio. * Ensure the team receives necessary information and tools to achieve results. * Contribute analyses and insights to strengthen the commercial strategy. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Proven experience in the commercial area. * Availability to work in PR. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience serving retail channels and building materials distribution networks. * Language proficiency (English or Spanish). * MBA (a plus). **You Stand Out If You Have** * Inspirational leadership and ability to engage teams. * Analytical thinking and strategic vision. * Skill in developing sales teams. * Solid knowledge of the paints and construction market.
