If you are passionate about excellence, data analysis, and improvement development, this role is for you! **Shall we build a journey of quality and innovation together?** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor production processes by collecting data and identifying deviations to implement corrective and preventive actions. * Contribute to preparing quality reports and data analysis to identify improvements. * Conduct training sessions on quality practices and procedures, guiding colleagues on technical matters. * Collaborate in implementing corrective and preventive actions aimed at continuous process improvement. * Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. * Monitor process indicators and lead meetings to discuss quality and productivity improvements. * Support and guide issues related to raw material failures. * Ensure compliance with applicable quality regulations and standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical education in **Electronics, Electrotechnics, Mechatronics, Quality, or related fields**. * Experience in **quality control within the industrial electro-electronic sector**. * Knowledge of **quality tools** (e.g., 5 Whys, Ishikawa, PDCA, 8D). * Experience with **product and production process inspection**. * Basic knowledge of **technical drawing reading and interpretation**. * Familiarity with **measuring instruments** (caliper, multimeter, etc.). * Familiarity with **quality management systems**, preferably **ISO 9001**. * Basic/intermediate Office suite proficiency for report generation (Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) **Desirable** * Knowledge of IPC-A-610; * Experience in failure analysis of electronic components. * Prior experience in PCB manufacturing processes, SMT, PTH, Testing & Run-in, and Final Assembly. **Additional Information** ON-SITE POSITION Administrative Shift | Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
