Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical, proactive, and results-oriented professional to strategically contribute to Industrial Quality—enhancing processes and ensuring excellence. We seek an analytical, proactive, and results-focused individual to strategically contribute to Industrial Quality, helping build more robust processes, greater reliability, and excellence in product delivery. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and continuously improve Industrial Quality processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations; * Perform failure analyses and manage non-conformities by implementing corrective and preventive actions using methodologies such as **PDCA, 8D, MASP, Ishikawa, and 5 Whys**; * Develop, review, and monitor **Control Plans, FMEA**, and other process-quality-related documents; * Execute and monitor **Statistical Process Control (SPC)** activities, process audits, parameter verification, and performance analysis; * Support production process standardization to enhance stability, traceability, and operational reliability; * Collaborate with departments including **Production, Engineering, and other internal interfaces**, contributing to problem resolution and performance improvement; * Deliver training and guide operators on best practices, quality criteria, and adherence to established standards; * Analyze departmental KPIs, transforming data into practical actions and measurable outcomes; * Support maintenance and fulfillment of quality management system requirements based on **ISO 9001**; * Contribute to operational excellence initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing process deviations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Production Engineering**, or related fields; * Experience in **Process Quality within the electronics segment**; * Knowledge of quality tools such as **Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Pareto, and Histogram**; * Experience with **SPC**, process audits, parameter verification, and in-line quality control; * Experience developing and monitoring **Control Plans and FMEA**; * Knowledge of handling **non-conformities** and implementing corrective and preventive actions; * Ability to read and interpret **technical standards**, especially **IPC-A-610**; * Familiarity with **ISO 9001** requirements; * Ability to read and interpret **engineering drawings and metrology**; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite**, with emphasis on **Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint**. **Preferred** ------------- * Certification in **IPC-A-610 CIS or CSE**; * Knowledge of **Lean Manufacturing** and/or **Six Sigma**; * Knowledge of **MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis)**; * Experience in PCB manufacturing processes, including **SMT, PTH, Testing & Run-in, and Final Assembly**.
