Its goal is to connect talents with job opportunities in the market. **Responsibilities:** Schedule cargo loads, allocating vehicles and drivers according to demand. Monitor trip execution, ensuring on-time delivery and service quality. Directly manage the driver team. Monitor drivers' working hours to ensure compliance with labor legislation. Address incidents occurring during trips. Support driver performance analysis. Support operational indicator control. Jointly responsible with drivers for achieving targets. Manage leave, time tracking, and vacation schedules. Previous experience as Traffic Specialist, Traffic Coordinator, Digital Media Analyst, or Traffic Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Ongoing undergraduate degree required.
