




Job Summary: An HR professional to handle onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, HR metrics, and record organization, with a focus on technical HR routines and labor legislation. Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity ### **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **onboarding and offboarding processes**, including document verification and calculation and registration in systems; * **Develop and update HR metrics** (e.g., turnover, absenteeism); * Maintain **organized physical and digital files and records**; * Execute employee registration and vacation calculation verification; * Perform billing closure for service providers; * Verify payroll calculations. ### **Requirements** * Education: Technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Experience in technical HR or Personnel Department routines (payroll, time tracking, benefits). * Knowledge of labor legislation and HR management systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel). * Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity. ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Senior, TOTVS). * Knowledge of e\-Social. * Additional courses in labor law.
