Manufacturing Industry • Cosmetic Outsourcing Company Seeks: ACCOUNTANT RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial management, reporting, and performance analysis; Consolidate accounting and financial data into monthly reports; Prepare managerial income statements (DRE) and projected cash flow statements; Analyze margins and suggest pricing adjustments; Implement cost centers and KPIs; Manage accounts payable and receivable; Handle outgoing and incoming invoices (flow); Supervise HR, procurement, and tax-related tasks; Support budget planning and strategic decision-making. SALARY: BRL 3,000.00 to BRL 4,500.00 BENEFITS: On-site kitchen, meal voucher, transportation allowance WORK HOURS: Monday to Friday, from 07:42 to 17:30 REQUIRED PROFILE: Education: Bachelor's degree or technical qualification in Administration, Accounting, or Finance. Experience: Minimum 5 years in controller or finance department. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ERP systems. Analytical, organized, generalist, discreet, and trustworthy profile. Must be skilled in interpersonal communication, as this role carries significant company responsibility.
