**None:** We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support food preparation and kitchen organization, ensuring quality while adhering to hygiene and safety standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:** Assist in meal preparation according to the menu guided by the Nutritionist; Perform food pre\-preparation (meat cutting, vegetable washing and cutting, grain selection, salad preparation, among others); Support execution of simple preparations; Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, equipment, and dining area; Assist in monitoring food expiration dates and proper food storage; Report any irregularities or needs observed in the department to leadership; Follow hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and good handling practices. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** Completed high school education; Prior experience in industrial kitchens or corporate dining facilities is a plus. **?
