Junior Tax Analyst - Billing

Indigo is a French multinational company and global leader in parking management and individual mobility. This position is for our tax team in Porto Alegre, working in a hybrid model as a Tax Analyst, with a focus on billing, issuance of fiscal invoices, and RPS conversion. We seek a professional at the beginning or in the development stage of their career in the tax field, with attention to detail, organizational skills, and interest in learning tax and fiscal routines, ensuring accurate issuance of fiscal documents and compliance with legal obligations. Description: Perform company billing activities, including issuance, verification, cancellation, and reprocessing of Service Fiscal Invoices (NFS-e); Carry out RPS conversion and control into NFS-e, ensuring compliance with legal deadlines established by municipalities; Ensure correct application of tax rates, service codes, and tax withholdings (ISS, INSS, IR, PIS, COFINS, and CSLL) where applicable; Support ISS calculation and control of taxes withheld at source; Conduct tax reconciliations among billing, contracts, and operational systems; Support accounting reconciliation of revenues and taxes related to billing; Provide support for ancillary obligations related to billing, such as municipal declarations; Assist in correcting tax inconsistencies and answering internal department queries regarding billing; Support process improvement initiatives, controls, and workflows within the tax area; Stay updated on tax and municipal regulations related to electronic fiscal document issuance; Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; Basic knowledge of tax legislation, with emphasis on ISS and service billing; Experience or exposure to fiscal invoice issuance, RPS, and billing activities; Intermediate Excel proficiency; Analytical ability, organization, and attention to detail; Strong communication skills for interaction with internal departments Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Parking * totalpass
