Junior Fiscal Analyst - Audits

Description

Indigo is a French multinational company and global leader in parking and individual mobility management. This position is for our fiscal team in Porto Alegre, working in a hybrid mode as a Fiscal Analyst, focusing on municipal audits, support in administrative fiscal processes, spontaneous disclosure procedures, and issuance of Negative Tax Debt Certificates (CNDs). We seek a professional at the beginning or development stage of their career in the fiscal area, with interest in municipal legislation, document organization, and technical support for the company’s fiscal compliance routines. Description: Support municipal audit responses by organizing documents, replying to official notices, and monitoring deadlines; Assist in managing and tracking municipal administrative fiscal processes under leadership guidance; Support spontaneous disclosure procedures by gathering information, performing preliminary calculations, and maintaining controls; Support the issuance, renewal, and control of Negative Tax Debt Certificates (CNDs) and Positive Certificates with Negative Effect (CPENs); Conduct queries in municipal and federal systems to identify outstanding fiscal obligations; Assist in analyzing municipal legislation (ISS) and applicable fiscal regulations; Provide internal departments with support regarding questions related to audits and fiscal regularization; Maintain updated controls, spreadsheets, and area-related indicators (KPIs) concerning audits; Support interaction with accounting, legal, and external consulting teams when necessary; Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Law, Administration, or related fields. Basic knowledge of tax legislation, especially ISS and municipal taxes. Interest in working with audits, fiscal processes, and tax regularization. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented profile. Strong communication skills and willingness for continuous learning. Advantages: Prior experience (internship or full-time) in fiscal or accounting areas. Experience with municipal administrative fiscal processes. Knowledge of ERP systems (Protheus will be considered an advantage). Interest in or coursework focused on the tax area.
