Job Summary: Grupo RBS is seeking a professional to provide technical support and system monitoring, deliver customer service, and ensure SLA compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Initiate internal and external team escalations according to area criticality; * Monitor and ensure SLA compliance for ticket opening with service providers, escalating when necessary; * Provide after-hours technical support to customers; * Perform initial incident analysis and response, escalating to respective product teams when required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed technical course in Information Technology or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields; * Proficiency in microcomputing and remote support; * Knowledge or experience with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Grafana; * Preferred: Experience handling tickets with telecommunications service providers. **Additional Information** **Internal candidates must apply by 05/02/2026\.** RBS is made of people.
