To learn more, visit: www.evolution.com **Job Description** We are currently seeking an **Equipment Support Specialist** to join our team in São Paulo. **Responsibilities** * Install, clean, replace, and calibrate simple gaming equipment. * Conduct tests on gaming equipment. * Perform preventive maintenance on gaming equipment. * Monitor equipment performance, conduct assessments, and make decisions regarding required actions. * Proficiency in English or Spanish at A2 level or higher. * Ensure 24/7 equipment availability. * Report equipment-related issues. * Cleaning/maintenance of roulette wheels. * Cleaning/maintenance/replacement of card shufflers. * Cleaning/maintenance of deck checkers. * Inspection of gaming tables. * Transport of cards/equipment from inventory and return. * Organize equipment usage. * Monitor ambient conditions in gaming areas and storage areas. * Monitor and control equipment inventory. **Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Strong computer skills and good knowledge of Excel. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Quick response capability and attention to detail. * Ability to stay focused on assigned tasks and meet deadlines. * Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. * Ability to work under pressure. * Skill in handling confidential information. **Additional Information** **We Offer** * A full-time employment contract. * The opportunity to work for an international industry-leading company.
