Provide technical support and guide operators **Electro-Electronic Maintenance Technician / Night Shift Maintenance (12x36) - Cachoeira do Sul - RS** **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Respond to maintenance requests for electrical, electronic, automation, and telecommunications systems (preventive, corrective, predictive, improvements, layout changes, etc.) within established deadlines. * Investigate issues causing machine downtime, identify root causes, and recommend adjustments to maintenance plans according to organizational standards. * Install new machines and equipment, receive relevant instructions, record pertinent information, develop checklists for planned and autonomous maintenance schedules, and communicate necessary details to the work team in accordance with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program standards. * Provide technical support to the work team on matters related to electrical, electronic, and automation maintenance, and guide operators on machine and equipment adjustment and operation within production processes, emphasizing the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) philosophy. * Keep machine, equipment, and facility documentation and manuals up to date per applicable standards and requirements (e.g., layout changes, automation upgrades). **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Technical degree in Electro-Electronics, Industrial Automation, or Mechatronics; * Basic computer skills and proficiency in Excel; * Analytical ability, planning skills, negotiation ability, strong communication, professionalism, dynamism, and initiative; * Availability/interest in working the night shift. **Interested candidates should send their resumes to bancodetalentosgt@gmail.com with the subject line: TECHNICIAN.** Employment Type: Full-time, CLT (Consolidated Labor Laws) Salary: R$4.747,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
