




Job Summary: Opportunity to work on HR processes, recruitment and selection, onboarding, termination, and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Support to managers and employees across various HR-related requests **Requirements** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in **Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields**. * Prior experience in HR is a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially **Excel**. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactivity and strong interpersonal skills. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct **recruitment and selection** processes, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-up. * Assist with **onboarding and termination** procedures, organizing documentation and forwarding it to the responsible department. * Manage and organize **employee documents** and departmental files. * Support the development and delivery of **training programs and new employee onboarding**. * Assist in **internal marketing and organizational climate initiatives**. * Provide HR-related support and guidance to managers and employees. * Support internal events, campaigns, and internal communications. * Maintain spreadsheets, systems, and managerial reports for the department. * Conduct new employee onboarding; * Assist with organizational climate and internal communication activities **Preferred Qualifications (Dealership Segment)** * Experience handling high-volume hiring (sales, workshop, administrative roles). * Familiarity with HR routines in automotive or commercial enterprises.
