Then apply on our website for the position you desire. **Come build the future with our cooperative!** CAAL – Together, We Are Strong! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Respond to, register, classify, and track user tickets across various modules of the TOTVS Protheus ERP, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution within established deadlines. * Deliver technical and functional support, performing analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents. * Perform parameterization, configuration, basic adjustments, and system environment maintenance. * Assist and guide users on correct ERP usage and its operational routines. * Conduct preliminary incident analysis, interpret logs (AppServer and SmartClient), identify probable causes, and propose corrective actions. * Execute SQL queries for data analysis, integrity verification, and record tracing. * Participate in version updates, patch application, testing, and approval of system improvements. * Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, manuals, and operational procedures. * Gather requirements, understand business rules, and map processes in coordination with user departments. * Act as a liaison between users and the technical team or external consultants, ensuring clarity and alignment when communicating requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Systems, Computer Science, Administration, Accounting, or related fields. * Familiarity with administrative, accounting, tax, financial, inventory, sales, or HR routines.
