Job Summary: Performs civil, hydraulic, building, and furniture maintenance, while supporting technicians in accordance with quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Execution of various civil and building maintenance services. 2. Technical support and assurance of safety standards. 3. Maintenance of infrastructure and furniture. **Responsibilities:** * Perform civil maintenance services (masonry, finishing, tiling); room and floor maintenance; mounting of frames, partitions, trash bins, cup holders, and various supports; replacement of drains, traps, repairs, and hydraulic valves, etc; * Clean gutters and maintain roofs; * Assemble, maintain, and clean hydraulic and sanitary piping systems; * Conduct minor demolitions on floors and walls, repair walls, prepare mortar, plaster walls, perform building painting, and comply with and ensure quality and safety procedures and standards; * Maintain furniture, including cabinets, tables, chairs, baseboards, doors, locks, etc; * Support maintenance technicians in their learned tasks by assisting with assigned activities. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completion of elementary education; * Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintenance work; * Availability to work on Saturdays and on-call shifts (on standby); **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including multiple advantages that promote the well-being and satisfaction of our employees.
