Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented professional to serve Retail and Food Service channels, including prospecting and managing a customer portfolio. Key Highlights: 1. Strong negotiation skills and goal orientation **EXTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE \| RETAIL & FOOD SERVICE** Frimesa is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented professional to serve Retail and Food Service channels! Your responsibilities will include: * Prospecting new customers and managing/optimizing the current customer portfolio (supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, hotels, etc.). * Selling Frimesa’s complete portfolio of meats and dairy products, order follow-up, after-sales support, and credit analysis. What we seek: * Proven experience in external sales within the food / consumer goods sector. * Strong negotiation skills and goal orientation. * Completed high school education. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle. * Availability for external work (Article 62 CLT regime). What we offer: * Remuneration: R$ 4\.140,47 * Kilometer reimbursement: R$ 1.32 per km driven * Meal allowance: R$ 40.00 per day (Alelo) * Benefits: UNIMED health insurance, life insurance, profit-sharing program (PLR), birthday gift, and Christmas basket.
